Smith's

Helpful and friendly employees made my experience a good one. Charging money to get cash, is certainly not very Las Vegas. The employee saying "It's $3.00, in California" made me reply "This is the easiest town in the entire USA to get cash," He was cool, but refusing to pay .075 made me fail at self checkout. Amazing lay out, decent prices and great customer swrvice gets all five stars.

This is the absolute worst smith's for grocery pick up that I have ever encountered. They're either late packing your order and call you to come later, or you get there and wait for 25 min for them to bring out your order and you're the only one waiting for a pick up or they give you the wrong stuff. They gave me 2 different bags of chips today as well as giving me a bag of red potatoes instead of sweet potatoes. One day I even had the man bringing my groceries out tell me how much he hated his job and was going to walk out that day probably. My last 5 pick ups, there was something wrong. It is ridiculous. I won't be shopping at this location anymore and I will never recommend it!

I feel like this store never gives you the option to order buttercream from them😂 they always “don’t have enough buttercream” and need to wait two days but it seems like even the days I call when they do get things in they don’t have it. Is it because they don’t like to give out buttercream to the public? Just wild to me. I’ve gone to vons and smiths all over and this specific ones always out. Scares me what they use if not the store company buttercreams

11/8/21. On vacation with full kitchen- needs food! It's really crazy but I brought kunio pork, Filipino fried chicken and cinnobon pecan rolls from Hawaii. So I was delighted to see the selections of everyrhing! Fried Chicken, croissents, black walnut Ice cream, large cooked shrimps $7.99lb. $2.49 for a gallon of Sweet Ice teas and finally carmel toffee apple pie!!#@%/*##? YES! I won the jackpot!! Smith for the taste buds!!

This store I used to like, but it's just not the same as it used to be. Customer service is worse, and the cosmetics checkout is not something I'm willing to put up with. I will see some people able to leave the area and pay for their things up front, while others are stopped, and then the cashier forces them to pay for the rest of their groceries there, and gets advised which direction to leave the store. It's not necessary, and makes your customers feel like they are being watched, or feeling like they are doing something wrong. You will soon see people will let you know by their dollars if you continue this. If you look at these reviews you will see as well. Why don't you have customer service training and more engagement with your shoppers, instead of making them feel uncomfortable? Also, going through self checkout is a ridiculous experience, with the helpers barking at you which one to go to. Then the machines don't work correctly, and it takes an act of Congress to get assistance. Oh and when your done, don't expect to be thanked for shopping, not a peep or even a "have a nice day". Additionally, this store only has competitive prices with coupons. Their prices are set higher than other stores I've been to. Finally, the parking lot is not safe, could benefit from hiring a security presence outside or at the door. My vehicle had an attempted break in at 2pm in the afternoon, someone drilled out the driver door lock. When you look around, you will see the vagrants hanging out and scoping people. Can your store address this?

I used to love Smith's but not anymore. I no longer feel safe shopping here with the large presence of homeless / addicts surrounding this plaza. Smiths only has competitive prices with coupons now. I stopped shopping in the cosmetics, deodorant, beauty section b/c it's guarded & I'm forced to pay there. This is inconvenient when using coupons; for example I must spend $120 to save $12 now that fifty dollars I spent in that aisle doesn't count, bummer. The Smiths employees are hit & miss with kindness. Today there was no greetings or smiles. In self check out I observe the employees talking to each other, ignoring customers that need help or standing with their back to you & aimlessly walking around, then I'm always the last person to get helped. This review is an update to a former 5 star review. I feel like this store has gone down from what it once was.
